Overview
Instructional leaders are responsible for ensuring that teacher PD is meaningful, aligned, and actionable. Using systems thinking to plan for PLCs can ensure the support is situated within the larger context of campus and district-level goals and initiatives for optimal impact. In this virtual workshop, participants will explore how systems thinking can be used to foster a collaborative learning culture.
