Overview

Effective differentiation is crucial for ensuring all students can access meaningful, problem-based math instruction. Based on the cognitive demands of a lesson, teachers adjust and scaffold learning according to student needs and the lesson goals. In this workshop, participants will explore the strategies and approaches to address those cognitive demands and build a plan to differentiate a lesson for specific student needs.
