Her education experience includes leading marketing for BoardOnTrack and TeachFX before joining BetterLesson. She also serves as a mentor to EdTech founders via StartEd and a mentor to marketers via GrowthMentor. And, as a mom of two school-aged kids, the mission of ensuring every kid has access to a high-quality public education is a core reason for her commitment to this work.

As the Director of Partnerships in the South, she is committed to being a shoulder partner, providing invaluable support to districts and schools. As a mom of two wonderful children her passion for ensuring every child has access to a high-quality education drives her unwavering commitment to this work.

Kirsten Dutile is a dedicated District Lead Teacher and Instructional Coach, with extensive experience in early childhood and elementary education. She holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and is certified in both Early Childhood and Elementary Education. Throughout her career, Kirsten has been committed to fostering student growth and providing strong educational leadership

Kyla Aucoin was born and raised in Iberia Parish. A graduate of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in Elementary Education, she continued her educational career in Iberia Parish in 2004 as a teacher at Center Street Elementary. Following her passion on leading teachers in improving student achievement, Ms. Aucoin obtained a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. Given the opportunity, Ms. Aucoin was appointed Principal of Center Street Elementary in 2011. Throughout the eleven years as Principal of Center Street Elementary, Ms. Aucoin advocated for students and placed their best interest at the forefront of her decision making process. Her knowledge, expertise, and drive for improvement and forward progress guided her to begin yet a new chapter as School Improvement and Assessment Specialist of Iberia Parish in order to pursue the parish goal of Growing Great Minds.
