Big Idea:
Test time! Students review and then take the unit assessment, hopefully demonstrating their knowledge of coordinate geometry, as well as their ability to organize and justify their work.

Big Idea:
It's Gridlock. Trapped inside the coordinate plane, armed only with coordinate pairs and formulas, students must find perimeters and areas of triangles and rectangles.

Big Idea:
In this lesson, students complete a performance task based on paintings by Vasily Kandinsky as an alternative to a final exam or an extra credit assignment.

Big Idea:
Students will use dissection strategies to connect circle area to the area of a parallelogram in addition to watching a YouTube video to connect circle area to triangle area.
