Support educators to effectively launch and utilize IM® Math in Kiddom in their classrooms.
Successfully implementing and using the Kiddom platform to support curriculum requires alignment across your district, support for those leading the change, differentiated training for your teachers, and, most of all, an actionable plan for success. Our Kiddom professional learning programs include distinct phases of implementation to support the successful integration of the platform across your district.
Launch experiences bring together educators to offer comprehensive support in learning to use the Kiddom platform to launch the IM® Math K-12 curriculum. These learning experiences begin as in-person workshops in Year 1 to ensure understanding and alignment to support a successful launch for both teachers and leaders across the district. In Year 2 of implementation, teachers participate in collaborative workshops to deepen their knowledge and to have a space to work together on improving practice.
In Year 1 of implementation, educators engage with workshops designed to support all educators to take ownership in a successful launch of IM® Math K-12 using the Kiddom platform. In Year 2, educators reflect on the successes of the previous year and participate in additional workshops to better understand and utilize both the IM® Math K-12 curriculum and the platform. Educators also work with a specially matched instructional coach to receive differentiated support as they continue to learn best practices for using Kiddom effectively.
Leaders can better support teachers using Kiddom to power the IM Math K-12 Curriculum when they know what positive outcomes look like in the classroom and can make informed, data-driven decisions about their professional development programs. Learning walks are a guided non-evaluative experience that helps leaders observe classrooms, identify trends in practice, and use that information to offer their teachers personalized support.
Teachers are matched with a curriculum instructional coach in order to plan lessons, try new practices, and measure the impact for students. Using the Try-Measure-Learn approach, coaches provide personalized support to help teachers work towards outcomes and align teaching practices to support implementation and adoption of the IM Math curriculum in Kiddom.

Our team will create a learning plan that is tailored to your district’s strategic plan, and includes a mix of learning experiences backed by research and focused on measurable outcomes.
