The BL Lab serves as the central hub for both your Kiddom implementation and other professional learning programs. Teachers can access resources, work with their coach, and track their progress towards achieving outcomes related to Kiddom.
Leaders have access to a full library of 60-minute courses to drive on-going professional learning among select cohorts of educators. Leaders can also support new teachers with a full library of research-backed strategies and lesson plans that provide differentiated support any time throughout the school year.

Launch experiences bring together educators to offer comprehensive support in learning to use the Kiddom platform to launch the OUR Math 6-8 curriculum. These learning experiences begin as in-person workshops in Year 1 to ensure understanding and alignment to support a successful launch for both teachers and leaders across the district. In Year 2 and 3 of implementation, teachers participate in collaborative workshops to deepen their knowledge and to have a space to work together on improving practice.

In Year 1 of implementation, educators engage with workshops designed to support all educators to take ownership in a successful launch of OUR 6-8 using the Kiddom platform. In Year 2 and beyond, educators reflect on the successes of the previous year and participate in additional workshops to better understand and utilize both the OUR 6-8 curriculum and the platform. Educators also work with a specially matched instructional coach to receive differentiated support as they continue to learn best practices for using Kiddom effectively.
