Leveraging a feedback and observation process that actually calls educators to improve action is core to instructional leadership. Being able to ensure next steps are taken is a part of the feedback and observation cycle often overlooked and underestimated. This workshop is designed to emphasize a ‘post-feedback’ process that can be a powerful tool for instructional leaders to coach teachers. Instructional leaders will learn strategies to support educators in moving from feedback into action.
