Overview
Observing a classroom and providing feedback is not enough if teachers do not follow through with practice changes – and if instructional leaders don’t support them in these changes. This requires structures, tools, and expectations around actionable next steps. In this virtual workshop, participants will learn strategies to support educators in moving from feedback to action through a post-feedback process.
