Now more than ever, students deserve support in identifying, welcoming, and managing their emotions so that they can learn and thrive. Educators can create a safe space in school and at a distance by building self-awareness, self-care, and a growth mindset. In this virtual workshop, participants will define self-awareness and self-management, explore strategies and activities and build and get peer feedback on their plan to build these skills in the classroom. All activities and resources are grounded in Kikori.
