Overview

Early career teachers often find it challenging to create a behavior management system that supports high-quality instructional practices. When they are supported to plan and deliver engaging content and to build an engaging classroom culture, the foundation is laid for a student-centered learning environment that yields improved student outcomes. In this virtual workshop, participants will gain tools and strategies to support early career teachers to enhance their practice and performance.

• Participants will need a computer with access to Zoom, a camera, a microphone, and stable Internet connectivity
