Responsiveness to student needs is essential for ensuring that all learners can engage with and succeed in foundational reading instruction, including developing strong phonics skills. In this workshop, participants will unpack common support needs in foundational skills instruction. They will dig into topics like scaffolding to support student learning, differentiating foundational skills instruction to meet the needs of all students, and supporting Multilingual Learners.
I monitor student learning on a continuous basis and provide differentiated support as appropriate.
