Overview

Understanding assessment as, for, and of learning enables educators to tailor assessments to the unique needs of multilingual learners. This approach also helps educators identify areas where additional support may be needed, facilitating targeted interventions to promote language acquisition and overall academic success. In this workshop, participants will examine the idea of assessment as, for, and of learning to support the creation and enhancement of assessment systems for multilingual learners.

• 3 hours In-Person, or 2 hours Virtual
• Participants will need a computer with access to Zoom, a camera, a microphone, and stable Internet connectivity
