Overview
Our Adobe coaches use the “Try, Measure, Learn” approach to encourage narrow, actionable shifts as they refine their knowledge and build their confident use of Adobe tools, make formative decisions around student learning, and build their own personalized learning skills. In Adobe coaching, participants will find ways to meaningfully and intentionally incorporate Adobe creative tools into the scope and sequence of their course to begin to develop creative skills in their students.
These principles serve as undercurrents of the coaching support we provide:
- Alignment of Objectives and Content: We will support participants in aligning their own content with the possibilities of using Adobe Express
- Personalization of Learning: We will support participants in personalizing the learning experience for students by leveraging choice, interests, and their own unique personalities
- Planning for Application: We will support participants in planning for implementation in a way that leverages supports, scaffolds, and structures to meet student learning outcomes
Specifications
- Bi-weekly, 30 Minute virtual session scheduled directly with a BetterLesson Coach
- 4 Session Coaching Packs around one topic (tied to a virtual workshop) or Targeted (half-year) and Unlimited Coaching with flexibility is available
- Participants will need a computer with access to Zoom, a camera, a microphone, and stable Internet connectivity
- Participants will register for access with the BetterLesson Lab
- Participants will schedule 1:1 coaching calls with their coach
