By managing classrooms with empathy and a focus on community repair, educators can cultivate collaboration and understanding. This approach is especially beneficial for students with diverse learning needs. In this workshop, participants will gain the knowledge and skills needed to create learning environments that nurture well-being, support students with unique strengths and challenges, and allow all students to make meaningful academic progress.

• Participants will need a computer with access to Zoom, a camera, a microphone, and stable Internet connectivity
