Reflection: Shared Expectations Putting it All Together - Section 4: Collaborative Activity

I actually stopped my students when they switched partners and began working on the activity sheet together, because they were not working on it together.

I modeled/acted out how it should sound while they were discussing and event and had them practice, choosing an event together and discussing why it was important to the story and how the characters reacted to the event.  After they practiced a few times they did a much better job working together.
