Reflection: Student Ownership Look at Lincoln - Section 3: Extend Understanding


What I really like about this timeline is that the events have direct picture support.  I can address both reading for meaning and sequencing with this one task!  It is manageable for kindergarten and it is also appropriate for my second language learners.  The pictures are concrete prompts that help the students generate the language they need to transition their sequencing into a retell!
