## Reflection: Standards Alignment Raced our way to the 100th Day of School - Section 1: Activities to pick from

We used today to celebrate the 100th day of school, but I cannot stop there and still connect the lesson to the rigorous Common Core standards. Watch the video in the resource section and you will see how I pushed them beyond counting to 100 and expanded their counting to 120. I did not do this with every activity we did today, but I did it with several to encourage review and keep the expectations in sight for my students.
