## Reflection: Classroom Setup Happy New Year! - Section 2: Independent Practice

I often use music during my math lessons. The songs are catchy, so this helps my students to remember concepts if they can refer back to a familiar song. When I asked a student to show me her completed work for this assignment, she counted down in the same beat as the song I had taught my students. This makes me happy because I know the music is working! I have included a video.
