Reflection: Lesson Planning Focus on Biography: “In My Opinion.” (Day 5 of 5) - Section 4: Closure


I didn't realize that my students didn't have ANY experience with saying the same thing in different words. They had a very difficult time writing the concluding sentence and using a different adjective to describe the civil rights leader. I think a lesson on synonyms and gradient descriptors is next on my agenda.
