Reflection: Developing a Conceptual Understanding Integer Subtraction Lab - Section 2: Explore


The Subtraction Lab was a little more self-sufficient than the Addition Lab. I think the explanation with the POD helped build some understanding before we started. I like the placement of this POD before the lab. It started them thinking and they took the ball and was able to run with it. I didn't have to do as much modeling as I did with the Addition Lab.
