Reflection: Flexibility I'm 'Greedy' for Some Answers to My Questions - Section 6: Share What You've Learned


I planned to have students cut apart the snake pieces to represent the beginning, middle and end of a snake, as in this completed project. However, some of my kids had a hard time reassembling the snake on the construction paper.

In retrospect, it didin't really matter whether they cut or not. It was time consuming to have them cut and then glue the snake together. Next time, I'll just let them choose or have them not cut the pieces apart.
