Reflection: Trust and Respect Business Letter - Section 1: Quick Write


Most students were willing to take part in this discussion.  Even the quiet students were willing to share their disappointment in making a purchase that did not meet their expectations.  There were a few students who did return the product to the store.  This discussion did show students that this experience was common to most of us.
