Reflection: Implementing Classroom Rules and Procedures - Section 2: Lesson


I spend an entire class working on rules and procedures.  I believe in front loading and prewriting. This is the same concept.  Spending time on these matters now will eliminate time lost on them later.

To liven things up, I have made a game of this day before and also have used the material for a quiz. You can make the judgement call as to how much your students need as you introduce and work to implement your rules and procedures.
