Reflection: Checks for Understanding Volcanoes: Main Ideas & Socratic Seminar Continued - Section 2: Teaching Strategy

As a result of the check for understanding that I did yesterday, it enabled me to know what to target during my teaching strategy.  My students had some practice that aligned with their needs and this helped them TREMENDOUSLY! With my first class, I had them re-work the main ideas with me because they needed more support.  With my second class, I had them re-work the main ideas in their table groups because they were ready to be more independent.
