Reflection: Developing a Conceptual Understanding Character Web - Section 3: Partner Work


 Learners are more motivated to analyze characters that they think are amusing.  I have a group of boys that love Nijago.  Their lexile level grew off the charts when I discovered this because they were reading all the time.  We have analyzed a variety of ninjas.  It is a little violent, but I they need to learn to be excited about literature.
