Reflection: Co-Teaching Wake Me Up: Poetry through song - Section 4: Independent Practice


My ELL co-teacher and I had to finish up IRI's (click here for an IRI overview) so she did not support today in the classroom.  Instead, she tested scholars in her room.  I only did one rotation and saw my lowest group and helped them to read through the text and identify figurative language and unpack its meaning.
