Reflection: Homework Finding the Feasible Region: From Start to Finish - Section 4: Closing

This is a good time in the unit to give students some practice working with a system of inequalities on their own.  I might use this activity as a homework assignment or an assessment to check in and see which students need additional targeted instruction.

Finding the Feasible Region: From Start to Finish

Unit 3: Systems of Equations and Inequalities
Lesson 10 of 17

Objective: SWBAT identify the series of steps needed to graph a system of linear equalities (from a world problem), and identify the feasible region.

Big Idea: Can your cat get enough carbs and protein but not too much fat? Students pull together what they know about graphing inequalities to identify combinations of pet food that satisfy four inequalities.
