Reflection: Co-Teaching Erosion Simulation - Section 2: Guided Investigation

I have done this several different ways. Sometimes, I set it up in my classroom, sometimes I have an engineer come in and talk about the issues associated with erosion and sometimes I go to our local science center and have them take students through the learning process. This year, we went to the science center to learn about multiple topics, erosion was one of them. Be sure to find out your local resources so you don't have to do all the elaborate set up yourself. There is a lot out there that can be accessed for little or no cost.
