Reflection: Lesson Planning Life Cycle Review using QR Codes - Section 4: Explore

The students worked in pairs, this enabled them to use each other for support as well as the online resources. When I created this lesson I wanted to provide different opportunities for student success while reviewing. Some of the reviews were more challenging than others. I was able to assign the more challenging ones to my higher readers and the life cycles that were less challenging to the students that tended to struggle during this unit. I created each QR code review page to provide different learning and assessment possibilities because I wanted the students to build on their strengths. I believe that being able to replay the video or reread the information helped them achieve this goal.
