Reflection: Adjustments to Practice Incredible Edible Earth Changes - Section 3: Explore

Yep, you read that right....soggy and yucky!  Whoever thought those would be the words to describe a delicious graham cracker?  Well, things changed when we did the activity in box 3 and added water to the crackers.  The demonstration worked beautifully, but then when the children tried the activity in the last box, it worked, but not as well as I was hoping.  So, to solve the problem for next year I switched box 3 and 4.  So the sogginess will still happen, but now it will happen at the very end.  Just in time to throw them out and open a delightful, new crisp package for all to enjoy.

BTW--Make sure to really give those crackers a good dunk in water to make it work well.
