Reflection: Perseverance Company Plans to Slow or Stop Erosion - Section 5: Gallery Walk

We did not have time for the gallery walk. Students were engrossed in working on their diagrams, material list and procedure steps. Instead, I posted all the diagrams on the board and students viewed them when sitting together on the rug.

I viewed the diagrams to see that they were complete and the elements mentioned in the section: Planning Time, but I really wanted the opportunity to talk with the students about their ideas.

Next time I will plan to have the design teams share with me during a language arts block time so that science can be used to build the erosion models .
