Reflection: Gradual Release Build a Paper Tower Challenge (Part 1) Defining, Researching and Getting the Specs - Section 5: Elaboration


Since we have gone through the engineering process before, I would like the children to do more on their own (with a partner) with less teacher guidance.  I would like this to be a gradual release so I still start their discussion by asking the questions on the sheet, but have them work the answer out with their partner, not with a class discussion, as usual.
