Reflection: Diverse Entry Points Energy Notes - Section 3: Practice Note Taking Together

Students often begin to make connections to their learning as they read. When they do this I ask them to write a capital C on their note and to add a quick note to help them remember the connection. Sometimes our connections can be made with pictures and I remind them that sometimes pictures help our brain to remember specifics. Science is a great subject for students to practice creating diagrams and using pictures to help them remember new information.
