Reflection: Developing a Conceptual Understanding Environmental Issues: Global Warming - Section 3: Explore

To truly develop a conceptual understanding of scientific concepts, it is important to continually review, reteach, and discuss key terms, such as global warming.

During this conference, Reviewing Scientific Concepts, I support students by reteaching scientific terms, such as global warming and greenhouse gases. I also try to relate how carbon dioxide traps the sun's heat to a greenhouse. I think it's important to remember that most students need continual review to develop a solid understanding of science.
