Reflection: Developing a Conceptual Understanding Rosa Parks: analyzing text structure - Section 1: Cue Set


This Cue Set went incredibly well.  Scholars were super engaged and they were able to explain similarities and differences in the way in which McDonald's and a home is structured.  They were also able to very easily articulate how the purpose of the structure influenced its design (i.e. McDonald's purpose is to sell fast food, therefore they must have a counter and a large seating area). 

Overall, we made a nice transition to text from the concrete experience!
