Reflection: Accountability Ad Campaign Group Work Day 2 - Section 1: Instructional Input

I don't allow the students to interview other students from their particular class period because I believe it is a conflict of interest and skews the data that is received. I would love to believe that all people are wholesome and honest at all times, but I am realistic and know better. That being said, I want the students to avoid being in a position where their efforts are invalidated in any way by dishonesty or the like. To get results that will genuinely help to improve the ad campaign, the people surveyed should not be involved in any way with the product, the process, or a competing product.
