Reflection: Student Feedback Dynamite Diamonte Poems - Section 4: Individual Project

I teach in a dual immersion program and so I teach my lessons to two different classes each day.  I have a morning class and an afternoon class.  It is amazing to me the different attitudes about this project that the different classes have.  The morning class is literally begging me to work on their poetry every day.  The afternoon class literally groans when I announce that we will be working some more on poetry.  I teach the same lessons, it is funny that I have such extreme opposite reactions.  I am wondering if maybe time of day has something to do with it.  Maybe the afternoon kids are exhausted by the time we get to poetry and the morning group is fresh and excited to learn.  Interesting....
