Reflection: Accountability Multiply Me: Volume (Day 2) - Section 4: Closure


By using an exit ticket here, I can quickly see with (2) problems, if my students can multiply to find the volume of right rectangular prisms. We've worked together as a class, and they've worked with a partner. Now it's time to see if they can do this on their own. An exit ticket in my class generally takes about 5 minutes to complete, and I don't always use them. I try hard to switch things up, and provide my students with an array of experiences: a read aloud book about math, exit tickets, mini project.
