Reflection: Accountability Unit 2 Review - Section 2: Elaborate

Over the years I have found that not all students want to review for exams.

The major reason for this is that students feel that they know the information "good enough" so are not interested in spending lots of time reviewing.

As a teacher I want to make sure that students spend time reviewing the material to help increase their conceptual, and deep understanding of the material.

The Periodic Table Poker game encourages all students to participate and be engaged.

Additionally, students tend to learn well from each other so this game allows students to help teach each other.

The following video demonstrates this with examples of students playing the game in my class.
