Reflection: Real World Applications Cornerstone: Katie's Trunk - How is an event influenced by perspective? - Section 1: Cue Set

This was a great cue set!  Scholars were actively engaged because this topic is super relevant to them.  When given the choice, which brand should you choose?  Scholars are also consumers and they think about what brand they should buy.  Watching advertisements is a great way for scholars to practice thinking about perspective and how perspective influences your experiences.  Someone who likes Nike is going to only see the good parts of the Nike commercial.  It is a great real-world application and transition into the reading skill.
