Reflection: Flexibility Island of the Blue Dolphins: Summarizing Important Information Only! - Section 2: Teaching Strategy

The beginning of the lesson actually took longer than expected.  Therefore, I was trying to make up time so that we could get to our independent practice today.  As is such, instead of creating a foldable, scholars wrote down what made a summary strong.  The foldable would have been fun for scholars to complete, but it wasn't essential.  Therefore, we took notes to save time and kept it moving!
