Reflection: Positive Reinforcement Write in the Style of “Mother to Son” - Section 1: Class Poem

I let students know that I value and appreciate their work by having them give their completed poem to the person it was written about. Obviously, these people were chosen because they are held in high regard and the students decided to show that in a creative away. Many recipients let us know the poems are now framed and hanging in a special place so to be seen everyday.
