Reflection: Routines and Procedures Poetry Slam - Section 1: Presentations


I give the students the two forms of feedback as a marriage of Common Core and Continuous Improvement principles. We are a district that has embraced the Continuous Classroom Improvement process at all levels. The students and teachers alike are familiar with and expecting this plus/delta process and feedback. Additionally, the rubric allows us as teachers to remain more objective in our grading practices to maintain equity in our grading.
