Reflection: Pacing Do You Like Pizza? 2 of 2 - Section 3: Wrap Up

It was important for me to break this writing activity into two days because of all the back ground work  and modeling that needed to be done.  My students had fairly good papers at the end of all this work.  I believe pacing is an important detail when delivering instruction.  If my students were having a difficult time with the first day, I would have stopped at a good place and continued the next day making this a three day writing activity.  My students can only be as good as my instruction.
