Reflection: Learning Communities Best Book Project Day 5 -Share/"Give Love" - Section 2: Project Sharing

I love the fact that students can click the heart shape and "give love" (same as "like" on other sites) to the creator of an image on Thinglink.

In today's lesson I gave students time to do this and it turned into a great collaborative event. Students were "giving love", but they were also talking about pros and cons of each image.  I heard students say, "Hey, you forgot a tag" or "Let me show you how to fix your Amazon link."

I always underestimate my students and am always pleasantly surprised by their ability to create and collaborate.  This project proved to be a great way to end the year - demonstrating the very thing I told them I wanted to build at the beginning.
