Reflection: Unit Planning Best Book Project Day 2 - Section 2: Project Work

I found out this lesson the hard way…Make sure you talk to other teachers on your "team" so that thing link can be setup for the benefit of all.  It is a fantastic tool for every subject.

In my experience, I set up accounts for my students which allow them to post to a channel and share with the class.  However, the social studies teacher down the hall was using Thinglink at the same time and had students log in with the google doc account.  Many of my students used that to login in my class without my knowing and were not able to add to my channel when their project was complete.

The social studies teacher and I got together and determined that we would set up "team" accounts next year to solve this problem.  This will enable all teachers to create their own channels within the group, but allows students to only have to login one way.
