I really believe in sharing and celebrating student work. By highlighting the positive in what students do it gives them pride in their accomplishments and lets them see that I recognize and celebrate their effort and hard work. Students produce much higher quality work when they know it will be seen by their peers and myself, and that we celebrate our successes.
