Reflection: Joy End of Grade Review - Triangle and Angle Relationships - Section 2: Explore


I am good for making last minute changes to spice up a lesson, and I did just that.  If you have access to Smart, then you will note in my Smart file I added a spinner to each question.  Thus, every table worked out their solution on their white board, and then we pulled cards to see which table would hold up their board.  If they got it right, they sent up a rep to spin the spinner, which was marked stamp, candy, or better luck next time :)  This activity just brought in an opportunity for a little bit of movement, which is important with kids this age, and also helped them engage more in the lesson.
