Reflection: Developing a Conceptual Understanding Circumference and Area - Section 2: Explore

The circle song was cute. The offers to write a "better" song may turn into an extension in class later in the unit. Working through the notes and the practice problems helped students decipher when to use the radius and when to use the diameter. It was also good to help determine which formula was appropriate. And now my students know how to determine the radius if given the diameter and vice versa.
