Reflection: Joy PerSPECTives Craftivity and Debate - Section 1: Introduction

My kids really liked this activity. They were able to read a few passages and have some time to make a craft. I feel like with all the focus on standards, teachers can lose sight of some of the fun activities that kids crave. Recently my kids asked for art extensions, and while this isn't perfect, it did give them some time to color. After doing the reading, underlining and analyzing, they were silent while color and cutting the sunglasses. Amazing.
