Reflection: Checks for Understanding Estimating with Percents - Section 3: Landing


I was a little discouraged by the way the class activity went. Students seemed to struggle with estimation. Looking at the exit tickets, they were able to estimate, round, and apply. I will go back and look at the class notes and see how they differed from the exit ticket. In class tomorrow we will spend some time discussing the notes and how they answered the exit tickets. I want to determine how to present information to them that they can digest.
